Vanadium Oxide 

Vanadium Oxide (VOx ) exists in various phases, its stoichiometry can be controlled so that it exhibits Co-efficient of Resistance (TCR). This property makes it useful for bolometers used in infrared detectors/ cameras.

It may be deposited using Ion Beam Deposition (IBD).

Process results are highly repeatable with excellent uniformity of thickness and TCR.
